In addition, Jeff Brings 20 years of expertise working with private equity, family offices, venture capital, and their associated ecosystems. His extensive network includes specialized companies and professionals who provide value-added services to enhance company performance and uncover innovative solutions

During our time working for large corporations, our primary obligation was to offer solutions that best served our employer, often driven by quotas and incentives. Today, our focus is entirely on our clients, ensuring we identify the best solutions based on their unique needs. We take a comprehensive approach, matching the right products with the right personalities to create a well-rounded strategy. Bill Rhodes
Partner / Senior Analyst
Bill has 30+ years of experience in the PEO and HR outsourcing industry. Working hands-on with customers through the three steps of analysis, implementation, and customer service, Bill has the reputation of being one of the most customer-oriented professionals in the industry.
Before he founded Payment Systems of Florida in 2008 now CrossRhodes Consulting, LLC, Bill worked his way up through the ranks of the monster-sized ADP corporation where he gained extensive experience working directly with companies nationwide, ranging from 10-400 employees. This was the boot camp where Bill gave his 110% effort in mastering all the complexities of payroll, workers comp, employee benefits, retirement plans, as well as PEO (employee leasing).
Bill became an Achievement Award-winning solution provider across multiple industries including construction, technology, medical and manufacturing. In the background, however, Bill’s entrepreneurial side began to talk to him. He had ideas that were innovative solutions to customer problems, and knew that forming his own company would give him the freedom to help customers in a much more personal and effective way.
“My business is based on my word,” Bill said. “I stay responsive to customer needs and care very much about their success…my reputation rides on that.” Credibility is everything in a small business, and Bill encourages his customers to give him honest feedback on a regular basis. The majority of his new customers come from word-of-mouth referrals, and from the many friends he makes as a very active member of his community.
Venice, Florida is where Bill grew up and graduated from Venice High School where he excelled in sports especially baseball where he earned a scholarship at Jacksonville State University where his team won the Division II National Title in 1990. His family has been in the area since the 50’s, and spending time with his wife and extended family is Bill’s priority outside of work.
Participation in the Sertoma Club of Venice and the Suncoast Foundation for Handicapped Children are ways Bill expresses his passion for making a difference. His extremely active lifestyle began early when he excelled in a variety of sports and competitive enthusiasm continues today with activities including tennis and golf. Bill and his wife, Ruth, who is also his business partner, live in Nokomis and their office is in Nokomis , Florida.
Jeff Rhodes
Partner / Chief Strategist
Jeff Rhodes is the co-founder of CrossRhodes Consulting, LLC. A business outsourcing solutions and consulting firm specializing in PEO and ASO platforms. His expertise includes employee benefits, workers compensation, 401k retirement plan options, and resources in the commercial insurance and financial services sectors.
With over 30 years of experience working with small to medium sized businesses, Jeff has focused on reducing costs creating efficiencies, economies of scale, and HR risk mitigation solutions in public and private insurance markets.
Jeff has extensive experience working with private equity, family offices, and venture capital verticals, leveraging these ecosystems as part of his primary business relationship strategy.
Before cofounding CrossRhodes Consulting, Jeff worked for Paychex’s PEO division, TriNet and ADP Totalsource.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was a stockbroker with Dean Witter, holding licenses including Series 6,7,22,215 and real estate.
A native of Venice, Florida, Jeff attended Venice High School, where he excelled in sports, particularly baseball. His athletic talent earned him scholarships to Miami Dade North Community College and Jacksonville State University, eventually leading to an opportunity to play in the Chicago Cubs minor league system.
Jeff holds a BA degree in political science and history.
